We’re looking for someone who is fully immersed in the social space. Our new specialist should be an active participant across various platforms, analyze performance metrics, has an eye for what social content is highly engaging, and understands what makes a good brand presence, continuously optimize strategies to achieve business objectives. We would like to hire a person who's not only following, but also creating new trends in social media connected with landscaping.

Skills:

• Knowledge and passion for photography, video creating, and social media.
• Good writing skills to help present our work clearly and effectively to interest our existing and potential clients.
• Analytical skills to help sort and analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
• Creative thinking to allow to generate new ideas for attractive campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Confidence in making decisions about how to direct campaigns on digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Photography and video capture on active job sites.
• Creating a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
• Creating, posting, and managing content for key social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and advertisements.
• Identifying key platforms and tactics to reach and engage with potential customers effectively.
• Tracking performance of various social media initiatives, accessing necessary areas of improvement, and completing market research
• Establishing strong relationships between the community, vendors, and our clients by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Cultivate a positive and engaged community around the brand.
• Designing, managing, and implementing print & digital advertising, and social media campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the landscaping industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and track performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and software.
• A demonstrated ability to write social media copy
• Desire to collaborate and continually strive for outstanding creative work
• Positive attitude, fresh thinking, up for challenges
• Familiarity with current and emerging social media trends and best practices
• Passion for landscaping or related field is a plus

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
