Job Summary:

Overtime Athletics is looking for a 3-person Coaching staff to plan and run a full 40-hour week "NFL Flag" clinic at the St. Charles Sportsplex from June 3rd thru June 7th. The ideal candidate will have football coaching experience with grade school kids, or best of all--experience coaching "NFL Flag" Football, or similar.

We need 3 people who between them can teach kids from 1st through 6th grade, not just basic offensive and defensive flag football--but also NFL Flag rules and plays and strategies on both sides of the ball, and ALWAYS the ideals of safe play and good sportsmanship.

Duties:

- Designe practice plans and drills to improve players' skills and performance
- Teach athletes the rules, techniques, and strategies of football
- Plan and implement game strategies based on various styles of play (man-to-man, Zone etc)
- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among players
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate the clinics activities and drills

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Football Coach or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of flag football rules, techniques, and strategies is preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills among KIDS, is a must;
- Some experience working with youth athletes is required
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline among players is a must
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications is preferred

Skills:

- First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to educate athletes on proper techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of other sports is a plus
- Strong behavior management skills
- Excellent sports coaching abilities
