Pay range:

Employs broad knowledge of end user technology components including desktops/laptops, mobile devices, thin clients, virtual desktop infrastructure, peripherals, operating systems and applications for design/build/run. Create, update and communicate end user computing technologies using best practices, standards and architectures to drive business results.

• Design, Build and maintain desktop and thin client images.

• Maintain large virtual desktop infrastructure.

• Design and build automation processes using scripts and automation software.

• Determine requirements, establish standards and build prototypes to assess new. Approaches for end user computing solutions.

• Design, build and create deployment strategies for applications.

• Secures client system by engaging with IT security to establish and enforce policies. Provides implementation of technologies that provide for a secure computing environment

• Assist with design and Build of cloud and on premise end user computing solutions based on roadmap designs.

• Act as advanced technical escalation point for complex, urgent or high impact end user issues.

• Build and deploy end user compute management solutions for mobile, remote and on premise equipment.

Qualifications

Senior Client Systems Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Masters’ degree preferred

• VMware VCP-DTM, Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert required or obtained within 12 months.

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience designing building and supporting end user technologies in a large, networked environment required.

• Requires knowledge of PC and mobility solutions. Windows client Operating Systems, roaming profile solutions, group policy design and deployment, Windows PowerShell automation, Microsoft O365 products are required. In depth knowledge of mobile management software, network design and cloud native application and end user solutions. Extensive knowledge of latest deployment, system management tools, virtual desktop solutions and application delivery required.
