We are looking for a kind, courteous, and energetic Medical Receptionist for an eye care practice in Bellevue and Kirkland.
Primary duties include providing excellent customer/patient services via phone and in person; referring callers to the appropriate departments; making appointments assisting patients/clients with forms.
We need our MR to perform day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties including but not limited to scheduling/rescheduling appointments, insurance eligibility, copying, faxing, answering phones and data entry.
We consider our medical receptionists as a crucial link between the patient and the care delivered by our medical staff.
Our office is open Monday to Friday with hours from 8am to 5pm
