Hiring Immediately, Paid Search Manager
Overit is seeking a Paid Search Manager to manage and assist with developing, executing, optimizing and analyzing clients’ paid digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will create, implement, maintain and optimize digital marketing campaigns for clients.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns which will include: Google Ads, GLS, Programmatic, Bing, Social Media, Display and emerging platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day paid budgets
  • Manage day-to-day performance and ensure alignment with targets and an obsessive focus on ROI
  • Be responsible for analysis and reporting
  • Work with a strategist to build comprehensive, integrated marketing plans
  • Implement strategies and innovative ideas that increase traffic and KPIs
  • Be a champion for best practices across online digital channels and media formats
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing programs
  • Uncover digital insights and provide thought leadership in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to capably review qualitative and quantitative research
  • Develop regular reports to enhance the success of digital media efforts
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
  • Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives through best practices in the industry of the following tasks:
  • Keyword research
  • Ad copy creation
  • Daily, weekly and monthly budget pacing
  • Management of bidding strategies
  • Testing implementation and analysis
  • Analyze SEM campaign data, and provide relevant insights and action plans around keywords, landing pages, ad copy, audiences, bidding algorithms, competition and more.
  • Identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses and scale winning tests to improve SEM traffic productivity and improve efficiency of the channel.
  • Work with analytics on advanced attribution modeling and optimization opportunities cross-channels.
  • Optimization of user journey flow through advanced A/B testing and multivariate testing for the channel.
  • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen the paid search program.
  • Leverage our internal data to better target and reach our audience.
  • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.
  • Stay up to date on SEM strategies, best practices, competitive landscape, and keyword ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; degree or concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred
  • Google Search Ads: 3 years 
  • Meta (Facebook) Advertising: one to two years
