Overhead Door Company of Kansas City, a DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a **Pricing Coordinator** t hat will be selling and estimating for the commercial construction industry in our Olathe office. If you are project and detail oriented please apply!

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Review drawings and specifications to determine amounts and most appropriate product based on specific job requirements to complete the project

* Estimating proposals to customers

* Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems

* Determine time frame needed to complete project

* Determine cost of projects based on products and quantity

* Other duties may be assigned

**Job Requirements:**

* Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems

* Must have strong mathematical skills

* Some sales experience preferred

* Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
