```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of overhead doors in the field. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent technical skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and diagnose and repair garage doors, garage door openers and associated components as indicated on work order.
• Responsible for shop and work site safety as well as safe driving of company vehicles.
• Review work orders for accuracy and completeness before departing to job.

Job Requirements:

• Must have mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
• Must be well organized and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability of good customer service techniques, which include follow through on all matters of the repair/installation.
• Able to lift 60 pounds
• Must have a valid Montana driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass periodic drug testing.
• Familiarity with streets of Billings.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform on-site equipment repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to assemble and disassemble equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Utilize your HVAC knowledge to service and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Operate a box truck to transport equipment and tools to job sites
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
