Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Assist with payroll processing and employee scheduling
- Train and mentor new employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and company policies
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Assist with employee performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in inventory control and stock management
- Knowledge of payroll processes and time management
- Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory calculations
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in retail or customer service industry preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
