We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.

A merchandising brand builder in the fashion apparel industry is someone who specializes in shaping the brand identity and driving merchandising initiatives. This role involves ensuring the right products are available to consumers and contributes to partnership with design in the development and communication of the brand's image, values, and positioning.

· Works closely with senior management, designers, and marketing to develop a cohesive brand strategy. This includes defining the brand's identity, target market, and positioning within the competitive landscape.

· Develop merchandising plans that align with the brand strategy and target market. This involves selecting the right mix of products, styles, and price points to reflect the brand's image and appeal. Oversee the execution of merchandising strategies across different channels.

· Curate product assortments meeting customer demand and reinforce the brand's identity and values. This involves collaborating with designers to develop brand collections, ensuring product consistency across different channels. Communicating the brand's story, values, and unique selling points - may involve leveraging social media to build brand loyalty.

· Work closely with marketing visual merchandiser to create compelling product displays and show room layouts that reflect the brand's aesthetic and engage customers. They collaborate on visual elements such as signage, lighting, fixtures, and props to create immersive brand experiences that resonate with buyers.

· Conduct market research, identify emerging trends and opportunities for the brand. Collaborate closely with design, marketing, sales to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand touchpoints. Effective communication and collaboration are essential for successfully executing merchandising initiatives and achieving brand objectives.

The ideal candidate must possess:

· 3-5 years of experience in merchandising in the fashion industry

· Focus energy on getting things done and taking initiative

· Willingness to initiate change as the company grows and improve efficiency for continuous improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
