Ovation Home Care an award-winning private duty care agency in North Central Florida is seeking multiple CNAs and Home Health Aides to join our team in Ocala.

In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, medication reminders, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable, and lives in Marion County.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with personal care needs like bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
• Assist with mobility, walking, and home exercise program as directed by the client's PT, OT, and SLP.
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities
• Medication reminders
• Provide companionship

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is a MUST
• First aid and CPR certified preferred
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
