JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for clear, timely communication (Customer, Sales and Warehouse). Attention to detail in regard to inputting sales orders. Improving customer fill-rate through working with Planning & Logistics. Reducing warehouse expense by effective communication. Accountable for managing all incoming sales orders via EDI or Direct and processing through Outward Hounds ERP system and communicating details with warehouses for proper execution of fulfilment.

Work Performed:

Input Sales Orders and communicate orders across the warehouses. Will work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve company goals. Must communicate with warehouses to ensure customer requirements are met.

Tasks:

1. ORDER FULFILLMENT

o This role will be responsible for customer correspondence, allocation and fulfillment for all international sales orders out of the US warehouse.

o This role will also be responsible for customer correspondence, allocation and fulfillment for domestic sales orders.

o Will serve as the primary backup for any Order Fulfillment related issues and likewise, CSR’s will be the overflow and backup for this position.

2. OPERATIONS

o Regular interaction with Sales, Demand Planner and Logistics Manager to track inbound shipments to ensure accurate allocation of units on order and customer fulfilment priority.

3. EDI/Third Party Warehouse(s)

o This person will be a primary backup to Director of Operations to handle EDI and ASN notifications to/from customers.

4. MARKETING

o Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with marketing team, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction, and promotions).

5. Additional duties as assigned

• Previous experience with EDI or other similar systems
• Ability to learn quickly and take on more
• Skilled at forecasting and inventory planning.
• Skilled and answering the phone and dealing with customers in a professional manner.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

BS or MS – Business-related field of study or 4 years of similar experience

Years of experience: 1-3 years of previous Customer Service or Order Fulfilment experience

Salary range: $55,000-$60,000
