Our clients say we help demystify technology by removing their fears and creating business value through technology, so they can focus on their business.Job DescriptionA full-time position is responsible for managing multiple new construction projects from start to finish with estimating experience.Duties to include, but not limited to the following:A full review of contracts and scope of work for each projectManaging all financial aspects of each projectPerform accurate, thorough and timely quantity takeoffs from construction documents/plans using Planswift or similar software to complete project proposalManaging the workload accurately and sufficiently as related to the contracted scope of workMaintains a professional relationship with clients and ensures clear and consistent communicationDevelop and maintain updated and accurate schedules for each projectRepresents the company in meetings with General ContractorWork well with assigned Project Superintendents to ensure the correct execution of workProcess and issue sales agreements and subcontracts. Develops and maintains a fair and professional relationship with subcontractors and vendorsFully review all shop drawings, submittals, RFIs and project changes for each project. Accurately captures each change and provides a full detailed account as required for additional cost pricing.Ensures a safe work environment and quality standards are maintainedAssists and track quantities of supplied materials to all projectsPrepare complete concrete proposals including all required documentation for submission.Ensure accuracy and completeness of estimate and proposalsDesired Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, the Project Manager will possess:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar or Associates degree with relevant job experience.5 years of construction project management experience from a subcontractor’s perspective. Concrete construction management experience is preferredExperience managing multiple projects at one timeProven track record in the successful management of project cost, schedule, safety, and qualitySuperior communication skills. Able to work effectively and develop strong working relationships with Superintendents, vendors, and clientsComputer literate, experienced with Microsoft Office products to include Microsoft Project and construction programs such as Timberline, and PlanSwift.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
