Overview: We are seeking a skilled Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IDS, low voltage systems, fire alarms, and possess strong technical skills in computer hardware, electrical work, and computer networking. Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair alarm systems including IDS, fire alarms, and low voltage systems - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with alarm systems - Program and configure alarm systems for optimal performance - Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality - Provide excellent customer service during installations and service calls - Collaborate with clients to address their security needs effectively Requirements: - Proven experience as an Alarm Technician or in a similar role - Proficiency in IDS, low voltage systems, fire alarms, and related equipment - Strong knowledge of computer networking and computer hardware - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Field service experience is a plus - Familiarity with power tools for installation purposes Join our team as an Alarm Technician to contribute your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to enhance our clients' security systems.
