Outside The Box Behavioral Services in Lighthouse Point, FL is looking for a few registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our small BUT strong team. We are located on 4701 N Federal Hwy Suite 460, Pompano Beach FL 33064. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, on time, and engaged.
We are hiring fun, motivated, and energetic experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home, school, In Center and community services using evidence-based instruction/interventions to students with autism spectrum and related disorders.
What is a Registered Behavior Technician?
An RBT is a paraprofessional who practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct and day to day implementation of behavior-analytic services.
