Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Restock supplies as needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning products and equipment
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or housekeeping preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to perform basic welding and electrical tasks is desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is beneficial
- Knowledge of logic controllers is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
