Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Finance or a similar field.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree desired.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience including knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and/or data interpretation and analysis.
  • Proven ability to prepare decision-support analysis on a range of issues related to financial performance, business planning, strategic opportunities, and business case analysis.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills working with internal and external partners and executive management.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory bodies relating to payroll, taxes, and general business financial conditions.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
  • Comfortable working with very sensitive data and can maintain a high degree of discretion.
  • Self-driven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive mentality.
  • Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.

  • Intermediate up to advanced proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, and other advanced formulas).
