Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. is hiring for a full-time, Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Technician in the Seattle area. Our technicians are provided with professional grade equipment and comprehensive training. With over 25 years’ experience, we are able to offer stable, year-round employment, competitive wages and an excellent benefit package.
We have openings for Sunday-Thursday. Must be able to work both day shifts and some night shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties
Essential: must be able to show proof of vaccination
Background check will be conducted.
We do use I9 verification and check for valid driver’s license.
Must have reliable transportation with the ability to transport your gear from job site to job site.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Pressure-washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal and use of window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, lifts, and water-fed poles).
- Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- All season indoor and outdoor work
- Position requires an eye for detail
- Be a team player and have a positive attitude
- Be courteous and focused on clients’ needs
- Able to pick up and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis
- Essential to performance of job, must be fully vaccinated and able to provide proof with CDC card
- Previous pressure-washing experience is a plus
- Knowledge of ladder, man lift and boom work is also a plus
- Mechanically inclination
- Solution based mindset
- Take pride in your work
- Experience cleaning high-end construction is a plus, but not required.
- Full time work all year around with 5 paid holidays
- Paid weekly
- Starting Wages from $25-$28 per hour DOE, Overtime available with Management approval.
- Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance provided at the Silver level, paid 50% for employee

- 401K Retirement program with up to a 4% match, including opportunities for profit sharing
