Job Description The Sales & Customer Service Representative at Outlaw FitCamp will play a pivotal role in acquiring new members, providing ongoing support to current members, coordinating events, and collaborating closely with the founders and director of operations to ensure efficient organization and operational excellence within the fitness center. This is a part-time position with full-time growth potential. Benefits/Perks

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for signing up new members, guiding them through membership options, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Provide ongoing assistance and support to current members, addressing any inquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in organizing and coordinating fitness events, workshops, and promotional activities to engage both existing and potential members.
Work closely with the founders and director of operations to streamline organizational processes, contribute to strategic planning, and provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, promote membership sales, and drive participation in various programs and initiatives.
Play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the FitCamp, encouraging teamwork, motivation, and a sense of community among members and staff.
Hours: Must be available evenings and weekends [closed Sunday]
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members, founders, and management to achieve common goals and objectives.
Proficiency in learning and utilizing technology tools and systems to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
Passion for health and fitness, with a genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their wellness goals.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to build rapport with members, inspire motivation, and deliver exceptional customer service.
