Outdoor Personia, based in Bellingham, MA is opening a new showroom in Waterford, CT and is actively seeking a driven full-time Sales & Design Consultant to communicate with potential clients and sell our outdoor structures and products. We are looking for a creative and motivated independent thinker who would like to work for a successful and growing company.

Job Description

As the Sales & Design Consultant, you are communicating with customers to understand their vision, and sell them the products to best meet their dream. Some of your daily tasks include working with visitors to the design center, communicating with new leads, cold calling to find new customers, meeting with clients at the design center and in their homes, and preparing and presenting recommendations. You are creative, attentive, and solution-oriented as you seek to meet the individual needs of each and every customer, whether they are new or returning. The work you do to enhance the lives of others and progress the company's growth is fulfilling and exciting!

Sales & Design Consultant Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of selling and closing business with decision-makers
• Have strong closing and questioning skills
• Be accountable for aggressive sales targets
• Highly effective communication skills with all levels of the team
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Sandler Sales is a plus
