Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires operating heavy equipment and performing manual labor.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, backhoes . graders, bulldozers
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, paving, and horizontal drilling, cleaning surface with blowers, setting and hanging chain link fence.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Skills:
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, graders, bulldozers, loaders
- Experience with paving and horizontal drilling
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation or color coating is a plus
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
