**Job Title:** Assistant General Manager

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Location:** Wanee Lake Golf & RV Park located in Ashburn, Georgia

**Salary Range:** $500 to $600 per week. A full hookup RV Site utilities will be provided free of charge.

**Job Overview:**

Outdoor Adventure Retreats is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Wanee Lake Golf & RV Park. As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all RV park operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience. If you are passionate about the outdoors and have strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in managing daily operations of the RV park, including reservations, bookkeeping, payments, guest check-ins, maintenance, and customer service

- Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment

- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in hospitality or property management

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Knowledge of RV park operations is a plus
