Director of Clinical Services (RN preferred)We are currently seeking a Director of Clinical Services to join our team The Director is responsible for providing clinical oversight to our Homecare division. The Director will be responsible for monitoring compliance, quality and maintaining the best practices following clinical processes. Inaddition ensure start of care compliance by our clinical team and focus on outcomes. Monitor expenses such as supplies, overtime, staffing, and visits per episode. Collaborate with intake, providing direction, managining staffing and referrals. The Director will play an important role in managing on call, daily and weekly productivity.Essential Qualifications:

• Must have a current LPN license in the state of Ohio
• New Grads Welcome
• Current CPR Certification.
