Our Yard/Shop Helper will be responsible for helping all our field crews be successful by preparing crew trucks, equipment, and supplies each day. This position is an evening shift position, working from 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday. This person will work with employees from all divisions and be be able to .

Outback Landscape is looking for a long term team member to fill the role of a yard/shop helper. This position is full time and year round.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Keep the company yard clean and organized
• Must be able to clean company vehicles and equipment
• Will prepare crew trucks and equipment for the next day's work
• Must be able to take good notes, photos, and be able to document issues and necessary fixes
• Maintain a clean and neat jobsite at all times
• Must be able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Must be a self starter
• Must be able to communicate well with others
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must be willing to learn, take direction, and grow in this position
• Must be willing to plow snow in the winter for full time employment
