Key Responsibilities:
Drive business & data analysis including financial, contractual, and operational performance to help support Strategic Sourcing initiatives
Partner with Finance and Accounting to provide management reporting oversight of assigned business units for analytics, reporting, and budget recommendations
Oversee day to day purchasing activities in our purchasing tools. This may include catalog management, contract compliance and working closely with requesters
Participate in Rfx events for the organization
Support Procurement projects within Procurement policy documents and through our tools (Oracle Fusion, Google Workspace and Excel).
Assist in the Procure to Pay process, working through Vendor Due Diligence for vendor onboarding and the AP team for vendor set up and payments
Manage Key Performance Indicators and monitor relevant productivity and operational metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience – Focus in Finance or Supply Chain Preferred
Analytical, detail oriented, organized, and independent
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Mid level Excel and GSuite skills
Able to collaborate with teams across the company effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Position Information and Requirements:
1 years of work experience, preferably in procurement or related field
Must be authorized to work in the U.S; position is minimum 4 days / week in-office in Austin TX
