Job Summary:
Ourisman Subaru Volkswagen of Waldorf is seeking a full-time Warranty Administrator to join our team in Waldorf, Maryland. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims for both Subaru and Volkswagen vehicles. This individual contributor role will require attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Review and process warranty claims for Subaru and Volkswagen vehicles
- Ensure all warranty claims are filed accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with manufacturers to resolve any warranty issues or discrepancies
- Maintain warranty-related records and reports
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to identify and document warranty repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any warranty concerns and inquiries
- Keep up-to-date with warranty guidelines and procedures for both Subaru and Volkswagen brands
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of Subaru and Volkswagen warranty programs and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and strong attention to accuracy and deadlines
