Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
-Coordinate with sales and service to get vehicles stocked in using our inventory software-perform dealer exchanges and associated paperwork
-Accept inventory shipments and conduct vehicle inspection reports immediately
-Secure incoming inventory and place keys in the key control system
- Provide training and guidance to team members on inventory management best practices
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using inventory management software systems
- Experience in shipping/receiving processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
