Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Lead / Patient Concierge to be the face of Ourian Plastic Surgery. The right candidate will provide top-tier customer service, ensuring all our Beverly Hills clientele feel welcome, informed, and cared for from the moment they step into our luxurious facility.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction: Warmly greet patients upon arrival, offering refreshments and ensuring comfort in our waiting area.
• Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring seamless patient flow and minimal wait times.
• Phone and Email: Handle incoming calls and emails with elegance and discretion, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our high-end services.
• Billing & Payments: Oversee payment processes, ensuring accuracy and addressing any patient queries with utmost professionalism.
• Record Management: Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure strict confidentiality in line with Beverly Hills standards.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the medical team to ensure all patient needs are swiftly addressed.
• Operational Excellence: Regularly evaluate and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and the luxury patient experience.
• Training: Mentor, guide, and onboard new front desk staff, ensuring they uphold the high standards of Ourian Plastic Surgery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end medical or aesthetic setting.
• Proficiency in premium medical software and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on luxury customer service.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor fitting for a Beverly Hills establishment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
