Summary: The Billing Manager is responsible for multiple daily financial functions, including the direct monitoring and supervisions of all Billing Specialists. Must work collaboratively and cooperatively with the Administrative team and department heads.

Essential Functions: The list that follows is not intended to be comprehensive; it is intended to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities.

• Trains, evaluates and supervises all Billing Specialists.
• Oversees the transmitting of weekly billing for IO Waiver consumers via Advisor Software Review CPT (Cost Projection Tool) and DRA (Daily Rate Application) on State Website.
• Processes weekly billing for various homes (IO Waiver, transportation, nursing, etc. with Advisor software).
• Responsible for auditing various homes (billing/reconciliation).
• Oversees and approves PAWS related to all waiver billing.
• Records revenue and payments to OLW monthly.
• Conducts monthly reconciliation of agency revenue utilizing advisor software.
• Attends consumer ISP meetings, as necessary.
• Assists in preparation of the Annual Budget.
• Works with cooperatively with external auditors, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2 years of accounting experience or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting required.
• 2 years of experience in Individual Option Waiver billing required.
• Must have excellent communication and computer skills.
• Advisor experience strongly preferred.
