About Us: Our Lady of Providence is a lovely residential care community located in Winooski, VT. We are a licensed level III community providing all aspects of daily living and medical support, including hospice.
Brief Job Description: Utilizing the State of VT DAIL Resident Care Home, Level 3 Regulations, OLP facility policy, and guidance of the OLP Director of Nursing Services, the nurse will be responsible for the collaboration and supervision of resident care management and the care team (caregivers and med techs) each shift, communicating with physicians and families, completing/reviewing documentation, including service plans, assessments, and managing the daily care needs of residents.
Currently Hiring:
Part time and/or Full time Evening Shift;
Full-time Night Shift
Shifts:
Days: 07:00am - 3:30pm, or
Evenings: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, or
Night: 11:00pm - 07:30am, and
Weekends: Every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday, requirement with optional to split weekend schedule with a teammate.
Pay: Starting at $36 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials as applicable. Incentive Bonuses available when eligibility requirements met.
Shift differentials: As applicable: evening: $1.50, night: $2.50, weekend, $0.50.
