Evangelization and Community: Organize spiritual, service, and social events for grades 7-12, promote community building year-round, and engage middle school-aged youth from outside the parish school.

Worship and Spirituality: Create opportunities for youth leadership in prayer, organize prayer sessions, retreats, and discussions, and promote diverse spiritual practices.

Participates in diocesan and national programs, activities and functions for youth and young adults, such as, Diocesan Youth Rally, Workcamps, NCYC, World Youth Day, Diocesan One Act Play Festival, March for Life, Relay for Life, etc.

Catechesis: Oversee spiritual formation for grades 9-12 and assist with programming for grades 7-8.

Justice, Peace, and Service: Guide youth in social consciousness and service, empower them to address human suffering and advocate for justice.

Leadership and Administration: Collaborate with staff, recruit, and support volunteers, and assist Director of Faith Formation with Youth Ministry’s budget. Involves youth in providing fundraising support for youth activities. Assist the Director of Faith Formation with ensuring that appropriate communications are provided in a timely manner for publication in parish and school newsletters, the parish bulletin and on parish websites.

Achieving Parish Mission: Enhance the community's experience of God's presence, attend relevant seminars and events, and network with other youth ministers.
