Position Description

We’re Reclaim Today— an outreach focused on helping 20s and 30s connect to God in ordinary, extraordinary, and everyday moments of life. We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and intuitive individual to help us grow as a brand, and who will specialize in creating, writing, and editing content. Duration - Summer 2024 (20 hours per week)

Key Deliverables

• Be involved in content writing and posting

• Edit contributors’ posts for tone, relevance, structure, and SEO

• Seek out new content topics and contributing writers
• Optimize SEO-friendly content for the website
• Research trending faith topics and felt-needs specific to Gen Z and Millennials
• Add content into WordPress using the block editor

• Give input and strategy on content theme
• Help with marketing strategy to broaden the scope and reach of our audience

Desired Skill ad Qualification 

• You love to write about everything

• Experience writing for an audience 

• Strong communication, editing, and writing skills

• Creativity & resourcefulness
• Extreme attention to detail
• Knowledge and some experience with writing style manuals such as Chicago Style
• The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines

• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment
