Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented Multidisciplinary Designer to join our team and engage in various creative projects, including but not limited to fashion design, accessory design, and other creative items related to our art institute's themes. The ideal candidate should be passionate about art and design, capable of working across different disciplines, and able to leverage advanced technologies, such as AI tools, to create innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a variety of design projects, including fashion design, accessory design, and other creative items related to the institute's themes.
• Utilize AI and other design software tools to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
• Develop sketches and technical drawings using CAD software
• Must have technical understanding of body, fit, flat specs, fabric/trim stretch and have ability to lead fittings, taking detailed and accurate notes
• Must have knowledge in fabrics
• Knowledge in graphic design, being able to prepare files with detailed sketches & fabric/colors to suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure consistency in design concepts and project objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and technological advancements, applying this knowledge to the creative process.
• Develop personalized and customized design solutions based on project requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Art Design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those with interdisciplinary design experience.
• Proficiency in various design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating technical drawings
• Practical experience with AI design tools is preferred.
• Excellent visual design skills, including understanding of color theory, layout design, and typography.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
