As a Special Projects Manager, you will lead and oversee critical initiatives and projects important to the organization. Your role is to plan, execute, and deliver these projects successfully, ensuring they align with organizational goals and drive business outcomes.
Position Summary
To manage and coordinate the implementation of general projects and provide support for organization wide efforts. Perform complex and varied professional administrative and analytical work in the development, implementation, administration and reporting of programs and projects. This position will typically manage projects of varying complexity, exercising independent judgment and the ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision. Collaborates with andreceives general direction from Director of Operations and Director.

· Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic environments and manage projects across various industries and domains.
· Project management methods and best practices.
· Principles and methods of research and analysis.
· Implement and change management best practices.
· Organizational skills and resourcefulness in working through projects.
· Experience in program/program management
Rate of Pay: Temporary Employee Status - $25 an hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm generally, hybrid work arrangement with part-time on-site requirements and some remote work opportunity.
