仕事内容:

Position Summary: OTW Shipping is a growing fulfillment center that just opened our second location in East Hartford, Connecticut. We're looking for college students to assist with warehouse picking/packing/receiving. This position would be great for someone who is looking for a summer job and we are open to part-time/full-time throughout the rest of the year as well! We can be flexible on hours.

What you'll do:

• Take pride in your performance when executing receiving, picking, and storage operations by continually evaluating processes to improve efficiency.
• Showcase your attention to detail when performing QA/QC in regards to inventory management and general operations.
• Exhibit your organizational prowess when maintaining strict inventory control and same day shipping cutoff times to meet company SLAs.
• Display your communication skills when discussing operations with team leads.

Requirements

• High School GED or equivalent.
• Experience in the 3PL/Fulfillment industry.
• Preference of 1 year - warehouse experience as a picker/packer/receiver.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• A team player, with a proven ability to build and influence others.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to consistently meet strict deadlines and remain organized.
• Able to create a positive and healthy work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Drive.
