Job Description:
The Maintenance Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and purchasing. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The Maintenance Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that all work flow procedures are followed, and that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Maintenance Clerk will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of all necessary supplies and equipment, and for ensuring that inventory control procedures are followed. Microsoft Excel and/ or maintenance software experience is preferred.
