Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree in a business or technical degree program required.
Licensure/Certification: None required.
Experience/Qualifications: At least five years in an administrative support role; strong customer service skills; exceptional detail orientation and follow up; above average organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office programs including Excel; ability to handle confidential and sensitive material.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as first point of customer contact for onboarding needs.
- Documents recruitment activity in an electronic applicant tracking system. Uses requisition system to manage filling of open positions.
- Post jobs within the ATS
- Conducts pre-employment processing of all new hires. Ensures accurate completion of requirements through use of quality checklist.
- Coordinates and prepares materials for bi-weekly New Partner Orientation.
- Serves as payroll backup and assists with benefits questions and enrollments as needed.
- Maintain Partner personnel files
- Filing
- Managing HR documents
- Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.
