Otter Products is currently recruiting an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our Social Media Marketing team. This role can be based at our Fort Collins, CO headquarters with a hybrid schedule.

As the Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will assist the Social Media Marketing team in building a robust network of creators, influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to expand Otter Product’s social influence and brand relevancy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong external relationships, create a community that represents Otter Product’s values, and drive social commerce across a variety of platforms. You will work side-by-side with our Sr. Manager, Social Media Marketing to revitalize our influencer marketing strategy and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate marketing program. You will be dedicated to expanding our brand’s social reach, inspiring product consideration through seeding efforts, and converting new consumers through crafted influencer and affiliate marketing tactics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of an always-on organic influencer marketing strategy to continue to build brand equity while increasing brand relevancy and desirability.
• Manage and execute always-on organic influencer seeding via mailer development and send-outs.
• Develop strong relationships with content creators and influencer partners and identifying new partners that fit program objectives.
• Support paid influencer campaign execution by assisting in vendor management, briefing, influencer selection, concept review, content ideation, product send-outs, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with the Sr. Manager, Social Media Marketing on cross-branded activations to ensure best-in-class standards for co-branded influencer partnerships.
• Drive social commerce opportunities by executing end-to-end TikTok Seller Center Affiliate campaigns, including campaign set-up, management, talent selection, product seeding, and reporting.
• Regularly analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Draft and manage affiliate agreements to ensure expectations are clear and compliance is maintained via TikTok Seller Center
• Partner cross-functionally with creative, content, product, paid media, e-commerce, finance, legal, customer service, and sales operations to ensure influencer marketing & social commerce activities align with company strategy, branding and meet/exceed company objectives.
• Stay up-to-date and seek out new opportunities to diversify revenue-generating opportunities in the social space through early adoption and innovation and act as the lead for any new influencer marketing or social commerce integrations.
• Monitor social coverage and track campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders.
• Perform competitive analysis, industry research, assessment of best practices, and KPIs in a consistently changing landscape.
• Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Directly related work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on influencer marketing experience with a skill set in relationship building, strategic planning, and campaign execution is required.
• Experience must include a minimum of one year of affiliate marketing experience with a focus on program management.
• Experience with or working knowledge of TikTok Seller Center is strongly preferred.

USD $68,000.00/Yr.

For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range Maximum

USD $78,000.00/Yr.
