Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our gardens and landscapes. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of various gardening techniques and tools.

Duties:
- Perform general garden maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete gardening tasks
- Assist with landscape design and installation projects
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases
- Install and maintain sprinklers
- Maintain greenhouse operations, including watering and propagating plants
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient groundskeeping and landscape maintenance

Qualifications:

-Must have own tools
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in gardening
- Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and lawn care techniques
- Ability to identify common plant species and their specific care requirements
- Basic knowledge of plant propagation and greenhouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
