About the Role:

The primary role of this position is to provide high quality repair and preventative maintenance services for all OTT HydroMet brands equipment supported through the Service Center. The secondary role of this position is to create repair quotations and shipping documents for Service Requests and to maintain Service Order tracking by keeping accurate SalesForce RMA status information.

Essential Functions

• Use established ISO work instructions to provide repair, calibration, certification and preventative maintenance services for all OTT Hydromet brands equipment.
• Determine the amount to bill customer within a framework of charges using computerized service systems.
• Provide input to new product design teams as assigned.
• Accurate inventory management.
• Provide technical assistance as needed to customers, Marketing, Service Tech I, Operations, Inside Sales, R&D and technician advisors.
• Manage daily SQDIP functions.

Requirements

• Two-year technical degree in electronics or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated effectively customer communication
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work safely around electrical and mechanical hazards.
• Willingness to work with products returned from industrial and wastewater sites (protective inoculations available)
