Your impact

As our People & Talent Acquisition Intern you will be part of the wider People & Culture team, working closely with our People Operations Manager and TA team. You’ll be at the core of supporting all things related to People Operations and Recruitment. Your responsibilities

• Support improvement of our employer branding
• Help create an outstandingly welcoming candidate journey
• Administration of employee onboarding & benefits (e.g. adding to internal systems and tools, NS business cards, employee discounts, holidays)
• Help out with active outreach to potential candidates for our open roles
• Assist our Hub & Culture Manager, Denise, with the organisation and set-up of company events

To join us for an internship you need to be:

• Enrolled at a University in the Netherlands (for the entirety of your internship)
• Studying a relevant degree for the internship 
• Available from 1st July - 30th October ’24 [between 32 - 40 hours per week]
• Living within a 1-hour one-way commute from our Houthavens office (ideally)
• Flexible, curious, open-to-learn, tech-savvy, open for a challenge... with a great sense of humour!
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)
