Role and Responsibilities
Handle front desk duties for our Fairfax office (Audiology Department), check in/check out procedures in an office setting. Schedule patient appointments which would require using the electronic health record to enter information. Must be able to provide excellent customer service, ability to use reason and good judgment, ability to multi-task, handle a multi-phone appointment line, and diffuse escalated situations.
