The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day operational activities to support the Otis Workplace Services Team and work with business partners to leverage technology to solve process inefficiencies. On a typical day you will: Essential Responsibilities Maintains and develops existing mobile infrastructure environment Reviews, develops and maintains knowledge articles and end-user documentation Collaborates with mobility teams on determining and outlining process improvements Responds to escalations on help desk and service-related issues, and work to resolve with help desk partners Maintains proper design and standards documentation Identify, test and recommend new mobile wireless technologies as they relate to OTIS global operations Implement process and procedures needed to ensure operational excellence; drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Provide progress reports and internal customer satisfaction feedback to upper management as required What You Will Need to be Successful: Education/Certifications A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline, or equivalent, relevant experience is required ITIL certification preferred Basic Qualifications 5 years of experience in managing Mobile Device Management environments Experience with iOS and Android device deployments (Apple ADE, Android Enterprise); management and troubleshooting A logical thinker who understands the concept of mobility synchronization products and services Knowledge of Azure AD and M365 core services and functions Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and work independently Ability to work collaboratively with teams, some of which may be geographically distributed Initiative and ability to quickly acquire knowledge Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Existing experience with Intune Mobile Device Management preferred Experience with additional supporting management tools (Mobile Threat Defense, VPN) preferred Otis is the world leader in reliable, efficient, and technologically advanced elevators, escalators and people-moving systems.
