We are seeking a computer savvy individual with intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft applications and high critical thinking and analytical skills. Must be able to interpret customer contract language, analyze system revenue and billing performance, account reconciliations and updates of standard processes. Must possess ability to pivot within multiple financial systems and communicate expected business results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare high volume of invoices to customers’ specific requirements Troubleshoots invoicing and system issues Provides excellent customer service to field offices Prepares customer account reconciliation Updates of standard processes Prioritization of system issues Provides user support EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS: HS Diploma or AA/AS degree B.S/B.A, majors in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields are preferred EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience Demonstrated analytical and reconciliation skills Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities Accurate and detail oriented Demonstrated excellence in communication skills: verbal, email and listening Must enjoy working in a team environment and possess a solid work ethic Experience with JD Edwards, Microsoft applications preferred WORK LOCATION: Remote and/or hybrid WORK HOURS: The standard work hours for this position are 8AM - 5PM.
