Role and Responsibilities Position Summary: Generally responsible for maintaining and processing invoices received for payment and internal invoices for multiple high-volume business units. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Collect invoices from receivers/managers/chefs by designated location Archive invoice data into Crunchtime system Code all invoices to the proper general ledger Ensure invoices are in accordance with company policy, follow correct receiving SOP, and compare against PODs Monitor and track invoice approvals Maintain cleanliness of office space Qualifications Required: Data entry skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to adhere to strict deadlines Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Well organized Proficient in MS OfficeOTG Management LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
