Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is recruiting exceptional candidates for an Assistant Director of Operations to assist the Director of Operations in overseeing the design, planning and developing of facilities and construction projects as well as ongoing maintenance of district buildings and grounds to ensure operating excellence, cleanliness and safety. Qualified candidates will have successful experience as a supervisor of institutional buildings and grounds operations and a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or commensurate work experience.
