About Osteon Medical

We are a designer and manufacturer of patient-specific dental prosthetics. Within the dental industry we have pioneered fields of engineering to create some of the most advanced dental prosthetics in the market. We have seen continued rapid growth and that’s why we’re looking for a Dental Designer to join our Irvine office.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the Osteon USA operations and be involved in all aspects of full arch CAD design and grow your skills in Exocad. In the role, your responsibilities will include:

• Work with Dental Exocad design software to create full arch CAD designs
• Identify, own, and resolve any customer and operational issues to drive continuous improvement
• Design intricate 3D CAD Designs in Exocad
• Thoroughly scrutinizing designs to detect flaws prior to machining
• Administer revisions to rectify anomalies, discrepancies, inconsistencies or irregularities
• Ensure appropriate geometric tolerances are entirely correct

About You

The ideal applicant has experience in Exocad software, and has strong full arch design knowledge. You will bring the following attributes:

• Proven design experience using Exocad software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent understanding of dental anatomy with experience in full arch restorations
• Experience using software and other computer-based technology either dental industry specific or a similar software platform
• Ability to establish rapport with team members and customers
• Flexibility and adaptability to change and assist in the introduction of new systems and procedures
