OSS Inc., an established contract security guard company with over 50 years experience, is looking for a dependable, hard-working Security Supervisor/EMT in the Midland, PA area.

OSS Inc. security guards are fully uniformed, unarmed and trained.

Supervisor experience needed. We are looking for a Security Supervisor that is also a Certified EMT. This location is a manufacturing facility in Midland, PA.

• $24 an hour.

This position is full time 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday 6 am to 2 pm. As a Supervisor you must be willing to find coverage for employee call offs, etc.

Requirements:

· Twenty-one years of age

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Ability to work additional shifts as deemed necessary

· Ability to speak and write English

· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

· The ability to with stand hot and cold temperatures

· Pass background check

· Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities include:

· Ensure the safety and security of the site and visitors through regular rounding of the premises and monitoring of cameras

· Making a weekly schedule for a staff of 5 guards

· Turning in an accurate weekly payroll schedule

· Lead a staff of 5 guards as well as issuing reprimands when required

· Escorting employees and visitors to various sites on the premises when needed

· Responding to and assisting in emergency situations

· Completing incident reports when required

· Completing tasks as required by the client

· Signing visitors in and out of the facility

Duties and Requirements:

- Maintain a Security Presence and perform specific duties

- Assist Client with Clerical work as directed and needed

- Meet and greet employees, contractors and visitors in a professional manner

- Complete all required training required by both State, Company, and Client to maintain EMT certification etc.

- Respond to all emergency calls and provide support when warranted

- Make appropriate contacts to additional Emergency Services and Client Safety & Management as required

- Prepare written reports as required by Company and Client

- Ability to perform lifting up to 50lbs when required

- Must be able to perform walking rounds and navigate stairs
