OSPTA Home Health Care is seeking a PRN Licensed Speech Therapist to provide services in Fayette and Greene counties areas.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: To evaluate a patient’s speeach, language and cognitive function through the administration of diagnostic and prognostic assessment. To develop a plan using treatment techniques based on the individual patient’s needs. To report findings to referring physician in order to coordinate care. To provide care as needed and coordinate with members of the patient care team.

• Home care experience preferred but not required
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

ST Qualifications and Skills: Graduate of an approved speech therapy program; licensed to practice, or eligible for licensure, in the state in which they practice; have good oral and written communication skills; demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care and customer service.
