Position Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Mobile Home Sales and Project Manager. This role requires a unique combination of skills including sales, project management, construction expertise, and a strong focus on mobile home ordering, community infill, lot preparation, and sales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively managing construction projects, overseeing mobile home ordering processes, and ensuring successful implementation of site development plans.
We are seeking applicants for a nationwide position requiring 50% travel. Our assets span across 26 states, and we are looking for candidates based in the central United States, with easy access to a major airport for frequent travel. Consideration will be given exclusively to candidates residing in the following states: Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
Mobile Home Sales & Project Manager Compensation:
  • Base Salary will be determined by experience but would be in the range of $60k bonuses

Mobile Home Sales & Project Manager Responsibilities:
Mobile Home Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the mobile home asset class
  • Manage the entire mobile home ordering process, from selection to delivery, lot pre, and the sales process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mobile home manufacturers/clients/reps
  • Collaborate with the Asset Management and Marketing team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
  • Present, promote and sell New/Used Homes using solid arguments to prospective clients
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for home purchase opportunities
  • Drive Leads through various marketing efforts
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors
  • Facilitate effective communication between the corporate office and field employees to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen collaboration, streamline processes, and enhance the overall working relationship.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and field teams to address challenges, provide support, and promote a positive work environment.
Project Management/ Mobile Home Community Infill:
  • Oversee projects related to mobile home community infill and lot preparation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including permits, on-site management, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and productivity throughout our asset class.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in construction management.
  • Lead and manage mobile home community infill projects, working closely with the planning and development teams.
  • Oversee lot preparation processes, including grading, utilities, and permits, to create a conducive environment for mobile home placement.
Site Visits:
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, address issues, and ensure progress/deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for site visits, mobile home manufacturer meetings, and business development activities.
  • Utilize construction/infrastructure knowledge to assess project feasibility, identify potential challenges, and propose effective solutions.
  • Potential travel up to 50% of the time
