We are looking for an experienced Home Health Aide Coordinator to join our team at Osprey Hospice in East Brunswick, NJ. As the Home Health Aide Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive quality care in the comfort of their own homes.

You will be responsible for coordinating care, developing and maintaining relations with external service providers, and managing our team of Home Health Aides.
